Eyrarkot farm holiday hostel is only 10 miles from Iceland’s capital Reykjavik in the luscious countryside of Hvalfjord. It is an ideal destination for small groups or individuals who want to enjoy peaceful surroundings and excellent mountainview. The beach is nearby with rich bird life. Salmon river Laxá and trout lake Meðalfellsvatn is close by as well as Hvammsvik golf course. The area has also excellent hiking trails into the mountains. Hidden people and elves dwellings are close to the farm and visitors can order guided tours.
Accommodation for 10 people (2 dbl rooms and a 4 bed family room). Made up beds or sleeping bag accommodation on request. House has a good kitchen, outdoor BBQ and dining room. Breakfast can be had by request. Living room with wireless Internet.
A hall for up to 50 people can be rented for dinners, seminars, exhibits or meetings. Catering can be ordered seperately.
